Orders and Shipping

We aim to process all items the next working day and for items ordered before 10am the same working day. However during busier times this extends to 2-3 working days?

CLICK AND COLLECT

You can use our FREE click and collect service – just select local collection when you check out. Collection is available from either of our retail shops (Park Centre, Belfast and Yorkgate, Belfast) or from our warehouse in Derriaghy. Our aim is to have your order available by the next working day. However during busier periods this extends to 2-3 working days.

DELIVERY

You can also select to have your items delivered when you check out. We use Royal Mail 48hour delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 2-5 days after being shipped.Standard delivery is available at a cost of £3. For International delivery this time extends further.

Please contact us to arrange a change in shipping address and can change this over provided your item has not already been dispatched

For Northern Ireland Customers you items will more than likely come in one package. Elsewhere we may have to post multiple depending on the items.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item (excluding underwear/swimwear) for a full refund of the goods* within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached and unused. You can return to store with proof of purchase or via post.  Pack your returns securely. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting if returning via post when returning items in case the parcel goes missing. We do not accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

* We do not refund postage and packaging charges. 

 

You can exchange items that don’t fit provided they are in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached and unused. You can do this in-store.

Please contact us and we will correct this as soon as possible. Please do not remove any tags/labels or discard any packaging if you know you have received the wrong item.
